Katanya negeri kaya raya,
tapi rakyatnya antri minyak goreng.
Katanya sumber daya melimpah,
tapi air bersih jadi barang mewah.

Mineral dikeruk siang malam,
oleh asing, oleh kroni, oleh mereka yang pandai menyamar jadi “nasionalis.”
Gunung dibongkar,
hutan dibabat,
pantai dijual per meter ke investor yang tak bisa ucap “terima kasih”.

Ekosistem?
Hanya catatan kaki dalam laporan analisis.
Lingkungan?
Papan bunga di konferensi internasional.
Sementara di dusun, banjir dan longsor jadi tamu tahunan.

Hutang?
Disusun rapi dalam APBN,
dibungkus kata “pembangunan”,
lalu diwariskan tanpa malu —
ke anak cucu yang bahkan belum sempat belajar mengeja kata “utang”.

Lalu kalian berdiri gagah,
dengan dasi dan mikrofon:
“Kami pemimpin rakyat!”
Pemimpin dari mana?
Jika jejak kalian adalah lubang tambang dan tangan kotor pembangunan.

Anak cucu nanti bukan mewarisi negeri,
tapi tagihan.
Bukan pepohonan,
tapi polusi.
Bukan masa depan,
tapi reruntuhan.

Masih pantaskah kalian disebut pemimpin?
Atau hanya penguasa warisan
yang lupa:
bumi bisa membalas,
dan sejarah tak pernah tidur.

emas, nikel, batu bara
ditukar janji dan kuasa.

Hutan disulap jadi ladang,
jadi jalan tol dan tambang.
Ribuan pohon tumbang
sunyi, tak sempat berpulang.

Sungai-sungai keruh tak bersuara,
ikan mati, air jadi bara.
Udara penuh asap dusta,
tapi pejabat tetap bersuara:
“Ini demi kemajuan bangsa!”

Hutang pun diwariskan,
dengan bunga yang memerah.
Kami — anak cucumu —
melempar doa di tanah resah,
bertanya:
warisanmu apa, selain luka dan gelisah?

Masihkah pantas kalian disebut pemimpin,
jika jejakmu cuma jejak racun dan angin?
Kami tak butuh pidato,
kami butuh hutan yang tumbuh,
laut yang teduh,
dan bumi yang tak mengeluh.
