Semestinya para Crewing harus paham bahwa yang diatur oleh Safe Manning itu adalah kebutuhan MINIMUM..klau ada sertifikat yang lebih tinggi mau mengisi jabatan yang lebih rendah itu LEBIH BAGUS. bukan memutuskan hubungan kerja mereka seenaknya.
Akhirnya setelah konsultasi dengan Capt. MALTUS JACKLINE KAPISTRANO, SSiT, M.Si dari DITKAPEL HUBLA. masalah ini cepat terselesaikan, dan ABK tidak jadi di off.
