Padahal, dalam konteks hukum maritim internasional dan ketenagakerjaan, penetapan status kapal dan awaknya yang hilang adalah langkah krusial untuk membuka jalan bagi pemenuhan hak-hak korban, mulai dari asuransi jiwa, kompensasi kematian, hingga pemrosesan administratif lainnya.
