Tim Advokasi SP. SAKTI mendatangi kantor DISNAKER Jakarta Utara, untuk mencatatkan perselisihaan Hubungan Industrial antara 6 Awak Kapal dengan PT. DBS. Setiap menyelesaikan perselisihan, SERIKAT AWAK KAPAL TRANSPORTASI INDONESIA selalu mengikuti prosedur penyelesaain sesuai dengan UU No.2 tahun 2004 dan PERMENAKER No.31 tahun 2008, bukan main seruduk seperti Dept Collector. [Sekjend.SP SAKTI]
Sahabat,…Nyaman belum tentu aman, amanpun belum tentu terlindungi dengan baik. Karena perlindungan terbaik dari potensi terjadinya pelanggaran hak hak kita sebagai pekerja adalah kesadaran untuk memproteksi diri sejak dini dengan berserikat sebelum masalah menjerat. Kalau bukan kita siapa lagi, kalau tidak sekarang kapan lagi, karena adanya Serikat Pekerja dari, oleh, dan untuk kita pelaut Indonesia sebagai tenagakerja disektor maritim Negeri ini.
