Surat undangan musyawarah 1 sudah di layangkan minggu lalu, tapi pihak perusahaan minta jadwal ulang tanpa menyebutkan waktunya, akhirnya hari ini Kembali SAKTI mengirim surat undangan musyawarah 2 untuk memenuhi ketentuan penyelesain perselisihan hubungan industrial.
Demikian Sekjen SAKTI Syofyan memberikan keterangannya
Kalau undangan ini juga diabaikan perusahaan, maka SAKTI akan melaporkan ke perhubungan laut dan dinas ketenagakerjaan setempat, lanjutnya.
Dalam pengaduanya Sdr Ridwan mangatakan bahwa ada hak upahnya selama 33 hari yang belum di bayar perusahaan, dimana upahnya adalah Rp. 3000.000,- / hari sebagai teknisi ROV
Semula Sdr Ridwan di kontrak untuk 30 hari kerja sejak 06 september 2022 , namun dia bekerja sampai tanggal 08 oktober 2022, setelah kontrak kerja selesai dan pulang ke Manado, menurut pengakuan sdr Ridwan K sebagai pelaut tidak menerima upah sepeserpun . dan telah berusaha secara persuasif dengan pihak Crewing dan keuangan perusahaan tapi tidak ada kepastian. Sampai akhirnya 06 februari 2023 yang lalu sdr Ridwan memberikan kuasa kepada SPSU dan SAKTi .
